Organizational DNA - A Typology of Organizational "Personalities"

Booz Allan Hamilton have developed a framework for analyzing and improving organizational culture.
The Organizational DNA identifies four building blocks of the DNA: Decision Rights, Information, Motivations and Structure. Based on these four building blocks, seven organization types emerge.
